What Is What Is Decarb Plus Return And Exchange Policy? How Does It Work?

The returns policy at Decarb Plus allows you to return or exchange anything purchased on the site for any reason within the return/exchange term (check product details page for the same). We simply ask that you do not use the item and that you keep it in its original condition, including tags and packing. You are welcome to try on a product, but please take reasonable precautions to ensure that it remains in good condition.

There is just one way for you to return the item to us:

  1. Pick-up: We provide a free pick-up service in most locations. When you submit a return request, you’ll see a pickup option.
  2. There will be Two Step Quality Inspection on the product that you wish to return.
    1. Our delivery agent may conduct a quality check on the return during pick-up. We will initiate a doorstep refund for the return amount into the refund mode provided at the time of initiating the return request if the pick-up is successful.
    2. We will again perform a second quality check once the returned product reaches our warehouse. In case if it fails the 2nd quality inspection, We will ship the picked-up product back to you.
  3. If you opt to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you while also collecting the old one. Please note that we provide you an option to swap things purchased by you on Decarb Plus for same or different sizes of same style or for any other item of the same or different value from Decarb Plus within the stipulated exchange term subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
    1. If you wish to exchange an item purchased on Decarb Plus for the same size or a different size of the same style within the given exchange period, you will be issued with a new item at no cost.
    2. If you prefer to exchange an item purchased on Decarb Plus for another Decarb Plus item of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged item is of a higher value, the difference in amount will be charged to you; if the exchanged item is of a lower value, the difference in amount will be repaid to you after the original item is successfully picked up from you.
    3. The net amount paid by you (excluding immediate cashback/discount) to purchase the original item will be used to compute the difference in price between the original and swapped items, which will be payable by you or refundable by Decarb Plus, according on the situation.
    4. Any applicable refunds for exchanges will be initiated once the original item has been successfully picked up from you and passes both the steps of quality assessment.
  4. Exchanges are only permitted for pincodes that are capable of being exchanged.
  5. You can only swap one thing for several products, and you can only exchange one item at a time. While a consumer can exchange many items at once by submitting individual exchange requests for each item.
  6. Products/categories that are not returnable cannot be exchanged.
  7. All items being returned or exchanged must be unopened and in their original packing, including all tags and packaging (for e.g. Petrol Plus must be packed in the original Petrol Plus box).
  8. If a client violates or misuses this policy in any manner, Decarb Plus reserves the right to prohibit exchange of items purchased on Decarb Plus, as determined in Decarb Plus’s exclusive discretion. If you want to return an item that came with a free gift or offer and you want to return the main item, you’ll have to return the free product as well.
  9. Decarb Plus is not responsible for any items that are returned by mistake. In the event that an extra or different product is returned by accident, Decarb Plus is not liable for the product’s misplacement or replacement, nor for its transport back to the User.
Please Follow These Procedures To Return A Product To Decarb Plus:

Except for our non-returnable products and high-value products, which can only be returned for a limited number of days, you can return products purchased from Decarb Plus throughout the designated return/exchange term (see product details page for the same).

  1. In the “My Orders” section of the App/Website/M-site, create a “Return Request.” After pressing the ‘Return’ button, proceed to the screens that appear. Please keep the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process in mind. Keep the object in a safe place until you’re ready to pick it up.
  2. We provide pick-up service at times that are determined by your pin-code location and our courier serviceability.
  3. If you choose to schedule a pick-up, please package the goods and ensure that it is unused, unwashed, and that all tags are still attached. To speed up the return pickup, keep the packet ready and open. Our employees may inspect the product initially at the time of pickup, and a final quality check will be performed at our Returns Desk.

As soon as we receive the package at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. You can check the status of your return request on the App/Website at any time.

NOTE: NO PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE INVOICE IS MISSING WHEN THE PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

After Decarb Plus has initiated a refund in accordance with the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to appear in the customer’s account within the following timeframes:

  1. NEFT – 1 to 3 business days after the refund has been initiated
  2. Online Refund – Depending on your bank partner, 7 to 10 days after refund initiation.

Please note that Decarb Plus begins the reimbursement after a successful return pick-up and/or after the returned item has arrived at our location and has passed our quality check. As a result, the time it takes for the courier partner to transport the return to an Decarb Plus warehouse may affect the refund initiation time. In the event of a refund discrepancy, Decarb Plus reserves the right to request that you share a screenshot of your bank statement with us.

If you’re returning multiple items from the same order, you’ll get a distinct Return ID for each item by email. On a single sheet of paper, write the Return IDs for all of the products and place it inside the packet. If you choose Pickup as your return method, our courier will pick up your items from the pickup address. We currently only pick up products from specific PIN Codes. You will be able to select the pickup option while creating a Return Request on the App/Website if your local pincode is functional.

  1. We will collect the return within 4 to 7 days after the request being submitted.
  2. Please prepare the return shipment ready for pick-up.

The return request will be refused if the item you returned is used, damaged, or the original tags are missing; in this case, the user will not be eligible for a reimbursement, and Decarb Plus will not be held liable. Please contact our customer service department for additional information.

If the item is not picked up in the first try, the pickup request is listed as failed. If the item meets the return criteria and is within the specified return/exchange period, you can start a new return request (check product details page for the same). If the item you’ve returned has been used, is damaged, or the original receipt(s) has been lost and/or If you refuse to accept delivery of the re-shipped item, you will no longer be eligible for a refund, and Decarb Plus will not be responsible for the return or refund of the said re-shipped item.
