Our main goal is to give you with a secure, efficient, smooth, and personalized experience. This enables us to provide services and features that are most likely to fulfill your requirements, as well as to adapt our Platform to make your experience safer and more convenient. In general, you can use the Platform without exposing your identity or other personal information about yourself. You are no longer anonymous to us once you have provided us with your personal information. We try to make it clear which fields are mandatory and which are optional. You can always refuse to share information by refusing to use a certain service or feature on the Platform.

If you enroll in any of our campaigns/programs, we will collect and store your personal information, such as your name, phone number, email address, communication address, date of birth, gender, zip code, lifestyle information, demographic and work details, that you provide to us or a third-party business partner that operates platforms where you can earn loyalty points for the purchase of goods and services, and/or redeem them. We will also collect information about your Platform transactions and those of third-party business partners. You will be bound by their privacy policies if a third-party business partner acquires your personal information directly from you.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party business partners’ privacy policies, and we encourage you to read their policies before sharing any information. If you create an account or conduct business with us, we may ask for additional information such as your billing address, credit/debit card number, and expiration date, as well as other payment instrument details and tracking information from checks or money orders in order to provide services, enable transactions, or refund for cancelled transactions.

We will collect the information you supply to us if you choose to post messages on our message boards, personalized messages, photographs, photos, gift card message box, chat rooms, or other messaging areas, leave feedback/product reviews, or use voice commands to shop on the Platform.

Please keep in mind that any words, personal details, images, or reviews you publish will be in the public domain and can be accessed by others. Use caution while sharing such messages, personal details, photos, or reviews.

As permitted by law, we keep your information for as long as it is needed to resolve disputes, provide customer assistance, conduct internal research, and troubleshoot problems. We may collect personal correspondence from you, such as emails or letters, as well as correspondence from other users or third parties about your actions or postings on the Platform, into a file dedicated to you.

While you can browse some parts of our Platform without registering, certain activities (including placing an order, using our online content or services, or attending an event) do require registration. Your contact information may be used to send you offers based on previous orders, choices, and interests. If you receive an email or a phone call from someone purporting to be with Decarb Plus asking for sensitive personal information such as your debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, please do not supply it. At no time do we, Decarb Plus, or our affiliated logistical partner, contact you to ask for such information. If you’ve already provided such information, contact the proper law enforcement agency right away.

We keep your personal information for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was acquired or as required by law. However, we may keep data on you if we have a legal obligation to do so; if we believe it is necessary to prevent fraud or future misuse; to allow Decarb Plus to pursue its legal rights and/or defend against legal claims; or for other legitimate reasons. We may keep your data in an anonymized form for analytical and research reasons in the future.
